seems to me like the people who got banned all had flashed firmware

I have yet to here of a case of any 1 being banned with the NME v2 chips
that offer

-100% ban proof protection.

until I hear other wise of some one being banned with this chip
its currently andclearly the best choice for back ups on the market.

Some 1 verify this chip is full proof. I wont purchase a 360 until I know for sure.
