My WD 1600JB HDD is locked - I get the message "HDD locked enter password 5 tries left". After searching the web for several months for a solution , I have only run into others asking the same question... How do UNLOCK it? Recently I discovered a company called HDD-Tools which states they have a method of unlocking HDDs using their tool called Repair station. Has anyone else ever heard of this company, or how successful this program might be?
