Webcam hardware installed multiple times

    I have a Logitech QuickCam Chat on my desktop that runs XP Pro. I used to have it plugged into 1 USB port, then switched it, now switched it again. It now shows something like Logitech QuickCam Chat #5.
    I want to know how to uninstall all the old versions and mapping of the webcam.

    If anybody can figure this out, I can't get it to work on Yahoo Messenger. It shows up like:
