macromedia flash will do and export to different format. also try Windows Movie Maker (most easiest). if you are running winXP, look under accessories from start menu>programs
Yep, Windows Movie Maker is probably your best bet. Like yuppix said it's the easiest way. Just make sure you have the latest update of the program. There are a good amount of plugins too...All available on Microsoft.com All FREE.
