    Hi There,
I found this info on google about the file (mvstcdxx.lst)

[bold]This file, mvstcdxx.lst, is created when you browse for an image in the SureThing CD Labeler program. The program creates this file to keep track of the directory and image that you use so the next time you try to access it, this file will allow the SureThing program to access the image faster. There is no harm in deleting this file.[/bold]

    the web page was http://www.surething.com/ST/FAQs.asp

    I hope this helps

Only reference I could find on a search was to "Surething" CD label software.
    Do you run this software?

Q: What are the mvstcdxx.lst files???
A: This file, mvstcdxx.lst, is created when you browse for an image in the SureThing CD Labeler program. The program creates this file to keep track of the directory and image that you use so the next time you try to access it, this file will allow the SureThing program to access the image faster. EDIT: I'm slow today lol.
