weird problems with my mp3

    hey, every time i open my mp3 it says it has 0 free memory when theres nothing in it, and every time i open the Removable Disk(E:)to put songs in it a message pops up saying:

    E:\ is not acceptable.
    The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

    can any of you help me? thanks.

    have you read your players manual? it may have a troubleshooting section there

    you must try the MP3 player on another PC it happend to me :p
