Everytime my dad opens up basicly anything, IE or my computer or my docs, stuff like that, the command prompt opens with a file called run.exe. I have tried a few things like cwsshredder and hijackthis and adaware but nothing will get rid of it. Also i have tried deleting run.exe and it just respawns. So if anyone knows how to fix this, it would be much appreciated.
Check to see if it runs when windows boots up. Click on Run, type mscon.fig then click on the start up tab. If you see it there, disable it, re-boot windows, then you will be able to delete it.
