well me again

    ok so here is the problem i use win avi to convert my avi files to dvd then burn and there is never a prob. well now i have one,so the movie is on hd it plays fine its all there when i go to convert it win avi just sits there and wont do n e thing then this error report comes up asking if i wanna send it. so i tried a different movie no prob, it just seems to be this show. n e ways i tried cucusoft same just sits there i tried that avi2 dvd still nothing what could be the deal here? should i try and run it through dvd fab? right now i cant seem to figure it out. thanks guys for the help you guys have all the answers.

    try converting with ConvertXToDVD:

    the free trial will leave a watermark on the final product but at least you will see if this program does the job for you..... it's also very fast and easy. Many members love this program. I use it, too.

    If you get the same thing happening to your avi file with this program then you have to consider that your file is not compatilbe or corrupt in some way that it's stopping the convertion to make it DVD compliant. don't know what else to tell you. good luck.

    so it just might be a crappy file then? when i play it on the comp it seems to flow pretty good but you might be right.

    Downloaded videos often contain errors affecting encoding. You might first try check for and correct errors with e.g. AviFixed, then encode again with ConvertXToDVD. But be sure to backup first 'cos the process might backfire:
