anyone tried or is currently using western digital GP drives? i'm almost done building a low power server (or so called), consisting of the following:

    - antec NSK1380 SFF case w/ EA350 80 plus psu (overkill much?)
    - intel D201GLY2 1.2ghz celeron 220 microATX motherboard
    - 1gig DDR2-667 corsair value ram
    - black pioneer DVR-1910 IDE optical drive (soon)
    - WD raptor 150GB (OS drive; super overkill, but picked up NIB for $100 at a bestbuy sale)

purpose of the so-called low power build is to have a 24/7 system that stores all music, videos, pics, and documents on our home network. parent's vaio laptop needs a good cleaning of space, and brother and his g/f uploads music from my computer to their ipods.

i can pick up a 500gig caviar GP at the local fry's electronics for $87. the caviar GP fits nicely into the build, since it has lower power consumption, but i will go with the WD5000AAKS if needed. feedback on GP drives appreciated.
