What am I doing wrong?

When copying a dvd using the combo DVD-Shrink and DVD-Decrypter the copy won't autorun on my dvd-player (the original however does).

Am I missing a setting somewhere, or is it just not possible to maintain this functionality!?

 

Are you using good quality media and a burn speed of 4X or less ?

I always keep the burn speed below 4x. Whether my media is good quality or not, I don't know. I've never had any rejects or bad burns, if that is what you mean. I'm currently using Philips DVD+R-discs.

 

Hi Damgaard. If you are having problems running the burned DVD on your computer DVD player, make sure your DVD Decrypter settings are as follows:

In Decrypter go to Tools, Settings, Registry, make sure Autoplay and DVD are checked (the shell extensions).

If your burned DVD wont run on a set top DVD player, please let us know which burner you are using and the firmware version.

 

Both Autoplay and DVD are ticked in the Decrypter settings, the dvd however won't autorun on either pc nor set top dvd player.

I'm using a Pioneer DVD 109 burner with fw 1.17.
