Hello all I have just bought a panasonic nv-gs27, and I can,t capture any film? I have treid nero startsmart,ulead movie factory and i have treid dvd santa but for some reason it will not capture, the lead i have been using is a belkin usb, while using nero the timer is going to the cameras timer so its picking the data up from the camera but it is not showing anything and when i created a folder for the data to go into there is nothing there after it as finished? dvd santa says it is not picking up the device? ulead say failed to connect to device just can,t see what i am doing wrong again i am at your mercy please help any help will be really, really greatfully aprecited its my sons birthday coming up and with christmas coming just do not want to lose that thank you for your time
