i downloaded some an they are in mp3 format sound...i use nero burning rom 7 to burn my music..but when i try to add the songs to the complimation i keep getting this message
One or more files could not be added to a compilation.
It may be possible, that the files can be added, if a dedicated plug-in is installed.

i downloaded lame mp3 encoder but when i go to run it the ms-dos screen pops up for about a second an closes an nothing else happens.i downloaded mp3pro with mno luck i still get the same message when trying to load the songs into nero complimation...
what am i doing wrong..what can i do to fix this problem am having
    Thanks!

    re:
One thing you've definately done wrong is to create a thread title that says absolutely nothing about what your problem is...

what are you trying to burn in nero, an audio CD or a mp3 data CD?

nero comes with its own built in codecs, and you shouldn't need a mp3 encoder to have to burn and audio CD

See if you can play the tune. It make be corupt or probably is copy protected with a DRM. The 'plug in' could refer to the DRM code. You must be able the play the tune to burn it on an audio CD. You will get the error if it is not playable at burn time. You get the error/problem at run time with an mp3 CD since it doesn't have to open the file when burning an mp3 CD.

Again, you need to have a descriptive title when you post.

djscoop, maybe talibanda is way too confused to process our help.

I am going to break this down into baby steps.

    1) Can you play all the mp3s on your computer. If any do not work you will have problems burning a disk.

talibanda i apologize for being harsh above. we here at aD are more than happy to help, but you have to understand that it is frustrating when we come here on our free time to offer free help and support, and it seems like the people here needing help don't even try to explain their problem.

please break down in the simplest and best you can describe a) what you are trying to do and b) what went wrong when you were trying to do that.
