    KBD is my keyboard media keys but i have no idea what PS2 is and do you think its save to uninstalled python cause i really dont understand what its for =/

    those programs are used to program and compile source . . . . in conjuction with other programs. If someone else uses the computer ask them about the programs. If you dont use them they wont harm you if they're there, but you can uninstall them no pro.
    your com ports should be managed by windows there should not be a need for python.
