what box best to buy? is the starview 4 any good?

hi i was wandering if any of you could help me plz. im going to buy one of the boxes and was wandering what 1 is the best 1? was thinking of buying the satrview 3 box. Also i was thinking would it work ok in north wales? i would be greatfull ofr any help or advice plz, also i have no dish at all on the premises i have got, where is the best deal for one of these plz? many thanks if any1 can help

 

you dont need a dish forr a sv3 or any starviews you just need a cable runnin into your house from you local cable company !!!!

cable from virgin is required..(tw,ec&w,ntl)...not sky...need active live signal...
