What brand of motherboard ??

    I'm trying to build my own PC and I've got a problem figuring what brand of motherboard to use. I want Intel 955x for the chipset. I would like to know which would be better... intel because it's INTEL, ASUS, MSI or if you have any suggestions to help me with.

    My opinion...Go with Asus probably the best board you can buy,though some may disagree.I personally have never had a bad one.

    i agree with boxwrench- go with asus. they are the best boards.

    7 of the 7 pcs in my house are Asus. I wont get anything but Asus. Rock solid dependability, and tweakable like mad. Dont get me wrong....i'm not knocking the other brands. I'm sure they are fine, I have just always used Asus and have never had a complaint.

    I also agree that Asus is the best option. I have not got one yet but i hear they are the most relaible. When I do build my own PC from scratch I would go with that board.
