what can I change my xbl settings to??

    Hi everyone.

    I cannot connect to xbl i think it is because my mod chip network settings are different to the automatic settings what can I do to resolve the issue??

    You need to disable your modchip in order to connect to XBL.

    when it is disabled I can't sign in.
    And microsoft havn't banned me, I made sure + they told me.
