Everything was fine. Until I logged on a little while ago and tried to back up a movie. The balloon popped up on the bottom right and said found new harware ( which is my DVD drive ) but thats it......it did not say installing or anything. So I went under device manager and uninstalled it and then restarted the comp and it did the same thing ......just found the hardware but did not install it. I just used it yesterday and it was fine! When I go to its properties it says this: This Device cannot start: (Code 10) The device is a: Memorex$ DVD//-RW Duel-X5 What can I do???? Thanks in advance!
Go to control panel, switch to classic view, click on "add hardware" icon. It will guide you from there.
