what can i do with two internal dvd burner drives?

    I bought a matching sony dual layer 16x speed burner for my pc and was wondering if i would be able to make copys any faster copying from drive to drive rather than drive to hardrive to drive? also will it be possible to burn two movies at once?

    Hi there,

    Most of us in here will probably suggest NOT to copy DVD to DVD (On the fly copy).

    But if you want too, I suggest you purchase SlySoft AnyDVD and SlySoft CloneDVD2.

    I have read this setup is probably the best for on the fly copy.

    Search in the GUIDES, maybe there's some things you might find in there.

    As for burning 2 copies at the same time, I know Nero Burning Rom support it, but I would strongly suggest using really good quality media like Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim and burning slow like 2x so it has time to feed both DVD burners !

    Having 2 burners, the same brand and model, man isn't this going to get confusing ? :)

    so having two dvd/burner drives isnt really benificial? ok well i just mainly wanted to get rid of my old master drive becaue it was from some old gateway computer and slow so i figure i would just get two newer matching dvd burners hopeing it would let me copy dvds faster.
