what components do I need for my new computer

    I am upgrading to windows 7 professional-(do not like 8)I also want a faster PC help please.I do not play hi tech games.
    I have the following.
    2.60 gig AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core
    256 K primary memory cache
    1024 Secondary memory cache
    Board ASRock N68-S
    Bus Click 200 megahertz
    ATAPI Ihas120 6 SCSI Cd rom device (Optical drive)
    MAXTOR hard drive 250.06 GB
    Display NVIDIA GeForce 7025/NVIDIA nForce 630a
    Your ideas would be greatly appreciated
