what disks do you use?

    I think i have the wrong disks and thats why it comes up please put empty disk in drive,so can you tell me what disks to use so that when i burn video files to a dvd it will actually work,and how much they are,and where from and stuff.Thanks.

    What model is your drive? You may just need a firmware update for your drive to recognise these new disks :)

    ermm im rubbish with computers,so how would i find out what model my drive is?!

    Download Nero info tool from this website and run it. Post your model of drive and firmware version here :)

    If you already have Nero installed on your comp...open StartSmart, then go to Info Tools.
