what do i do if i want to look att movies on my gamecube?

I have downloaded gherudos mgp player for gamecube and unrared all the files but when i want to convert my .mpg file to a .sfd file it comes up a screen witch says "appropriate libraries are not installed correctly.", what is the problem?

And when i try to convert a .avi file to .sfd it says that my disk space is to small, but i got 179gb free diskspace

This my thing has problems too in converting videos, some work, some not, try different videofile.

but when you use dreamcast movie creator. do you od likke this?
1. install
2. run
3.load movie (ex. slednecks 7.avi or mpeg)
4. start encording
5 done?

 

I dont remember it fully, its long time i tried it before, but something like that not any tweaking, that i remember.

 

If I may ask:
Does this only work with Viper? (Since it got the Disk Explorer)
