I unrared 8 rar files and it gave me 2 files one is a .bin and the other is a .cue. I have Alcohol 120% which I just got and don't know how to use it yet.

Can someone please tell me how I use Alcohol 120% to turn the .bin and .cue files into the files needed to install this software. I imagine that I have to burn those files to a cd or DVD and then I'll have the installation disk. Problem is I have no idea how to do it.

any and all help is appreciated

I've never used alcohol but it should be able to open .cue files. Bin and cue files are usually small enough to be burned to CD. I recommend using Imgburn, it is freeware and very good at what it does.

Alcohol can open .bin .cue and .iso, as far as I know. In order to burn the files to disc, you can use nero, and choose the option burn image to disc. Burn slowly to avoid errors. Also there is a free program called infra recorder at http://infrarecorder.sourceforge.net/ Download it and burn your files. Depending on the size of your files you can use a cd or dvd which are both compatible with infra recorder I found about this great program on the ubuntu linux documentary on how to burn iso files.
