what do i need and do to skin vehicles

    What programs would i need to beable to skin vehicles and what programs would i need?


    P.S. sorry im makeing so many threads im just new at this and i hear about all this new stuff u can do and i dont know how they do it.

    You just wrote the same question twice. You will need dothalo and photoshop.

    You also need, DXTBmp to edit the bitmaps

    Actually You don't need DXTBMP if you're using photoshop, but I did forget something. You will need the photoshop dds plugin.

    You guys are missing a huge part. If you are skinning a map but you skin something that is not in the scenario tag then you need Internalize Bitmap to internalize it. But just to clear up any confusion, you can skin with either Adobe Photoshop CS2 with the installed DXT plugins or you can use DXTBmp and Microsoft Paint.

    yeah, I haven't skinned in a while. I can't remember that good.
