Have you tried going to multimedia studio on the phone tools? Once you open multimedia studio it should come up with an explorer type interface with your HDD listing on the left and on the right with the contents of the phone which should be pictures and audio. If you see those just drag and drop music/ringtone file from left to right and it should copy it considering if there is enough space on phone for it. Hope this helps.
all the options come up for me on my v265 except multimedia studio for the cell. is that a program error? or do i need to reinstall a driver? is ther any way i can send the ringtones without multimedia studio because its not dimmed , not highlighted like the other icons on the side?
