what do i need?

    Hi, I have a Panasonic Palmcorder 720.

    I have a good pc but no fire wire yet. I own nero burn.

    If I buy a firewire card would I need anything else?

    like I mean how does firewire work do I need drivers for the cam?

    Or if I just buy the firewire card would i be able to just plug in the cam and grab the video in nero vision?

    You don't need any drivers. Firewire is plug'n'play under XP. Connect the camcorder ande you are ready to go. Yes, you can use Nero to transfer the video and get it onto DVD.
