It won't say on the packaging whether it is a dvd9 or dvd5. To find this out you must put the disc into your computer and goto my computer. It will say how much space is on the disc. A DVD5 usually holds about 4.37 gigs and anything over that is a DVD9.

But I don't has no computer, Sidman, just a dvd player on a shelf. (I ams at the Library using Public Access Terminal). How can I tells if I has a dvdnine insteads of a dvdfive if it don't say nuthins on the cover?

Does a dvd9 play twice as long as a dvd5? Are they more expensive? Where can I finds one? Will I need a special dvd player?

    Just wondering. Thnx.
