I am hardsubbing a video that I plan to play on DVD.

What DVD Creator software accepts frameserving from VirtualDub?
Or a DVD Creator that directly accepts avs file from avisynth.

ConvertXtoDVD3 and Xilisoft DVD Creator doesn't work.

    Why don't you give Avisynth/HCenc a try?
    Produces great quality video.

You'll need to handle the audio and authoring separately, HCenc doesn't
    do those.
