I want to free up as much space as possible on my modded Xbox but I don't know which folders/files I can delete without breaking something.
So here is a list of the folders and their sub-folders/files on the Xbox hdd. I know that all my games and videos are in the F partition,
but I don't know what the rest is needed for.

Well worst case scenario is that I would just have to format and reinstall everything. But if anyone knows anything about this, it would save me that (and space)

You can't erase anything. You need all that is there. You need to copy your eeprom onto you PC in case you brick your xbox. The only files you can erase are the files you create such as music, photos, video, xbox backups, ECT.
