Looking at PC cards w/Video in, VGA or PCI. I need it to record from My X-box, PS2, VHS, Camcorder, and D-Cable connection. I dont know well.. much of anything about video editing, encoding, etc. So im turning to you all at after dawn. I want to rip vids into DivX-Avi. WHAT CARD SHOULD I BUY? My budget is around $100. Thanks

If you only have $100 to spend then you will not be able to afford a good Graphics/Capture card...
You are better off Just getting a PCI Capture device as you can get one that has a 10Bit decoder chip for about $50 But a good Graphics/Capture card Like the "ATI Radeon 9800 All In Wonder" will Run you about $250 .....
