what happen to DVDFAB platinum?

    can anyone please tell me how to get rip of the comment box when you select folds to be burn, it pop right up want you to fill it out, it all says optional, but when i click send, it says i need to set up MS outlook, which i never did, anyone know how to bypass it, thanks
