What IDE Cable for DVD Drive

Hi, i,m looking for a good quality IDE 80 wire cable for my dvd re-writer thats supports ultra DMA.

I've seen cables that support dvd drives and hard drives which i take it are 80 wire and some rounded cables that just say there for hard drives, are rounded hard drive cables the same and can they be used for dvd drivers as well.

It's a bit confusing with all this ultra DMA and i'm not sure what is the best one to buy or if it's the right one, i prefer Belkin as i know the brand obviously, would this cable be ok:
