    What kind of video files are you talking about? If it's MPEGs or VOB's, videoredo plus is the basic frame accurate editor that will edit without reencoding (no quality loss). The videoredo TV suite is the version that can edit an entire DVD movie directly (no quality loss). I've use both an they are very accurate and fast.
