What is rghqtegtssd.exe ?

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------i found it in startup in system config utiulity. i think it might be a virus. google comes back with basically nothing helpful. my computer keeps freezing.

    I am not sure what that is but You could run Hijackthis and copy and paste your logfile here "http://hijackthis.de/en#anl" to see if it finds any problems.


    You could also try downloading Hiren boot CD, and burning it to a CD.When downloaded extract to a folder, and use the burn to CD wizard program.
    Then put the newly burned CD in CD drive, set your laptop to boot to CD, when the boot up options appear, select boot to Mini Windows XP option.
    On Mini Windows XP Desktop double click HBCD menu, then click Menu in the top left hand corner, then go in Antivirus/Spyware section. run Malwarebytes, superantispyware, and spybot search and destroy. (run the others if you fancy it).
    There are also some memory and hard drive etc diagnostic tools etc etc etc.

    Be careful with this disc, there are many powerful programs on it, so do not fiddle with any you do not understand.
