What is the best dvd menu creater that makes dvds that play on most dvd players?

    Scenearist or DVDLab Pro.
    Tmpgenc DVD Author does fairly well too.

    What are you using to encode? What format/resolution?
    What player(s) won't play your disks? What one(s) will?

    I used nerovision express to make a dvd menu but it won't play on a samsung dvd player.

    Samsung players can be fussy, and Nerovision isn't known for compliance.
