What is the best DVDR Drive

    what is the best DVD-R/DVD+R drive out there.. Liteon, memorex, pioneer what i am curious i have a memorex

    I love my Pioneer 108. The best drive is the one that works for you! I also have a Sony dru510a. This gave excellent results, but the 108 is a lot quicker to read & burn.

    kevin1488, some Memorex drives are made by Pioneer. Use DVDinfopro and it will show you who manufactured the drive. Plextor is probably tops on my list, Pioneer next.

    Plextor are with out a drought some of the best DVD Drives out there,Lite-on,Pionner and NEC are also good drives.
