What is the best miniDV cam with A/V input for max $600?

    I thought I was gonna buy a Sony DCR HC32 or HC42 but after having read some reviews it seems like these cams are not the best choise. I need a cam with good video quality, good optical zoom and with A/V-input. I try to stay below $600 and I wonder what you would recomend?
