What is the best overall video converting software out now?

    I need an app that can convert video files from any format to any format.
    I dont care if its a free app or not, i just need to know what the best one is please.

    I use VSO ConvertX to Dvd it converst almost every file type except flv. and does a fine job and rather quickly too. Today they have a 20% off code its worth every penny here is the code. SUM-BWRK-MER

    I love Xvid4PSP. Don't be put off by the name. It can convert many different formats to many different formats with a lot of freedom for tweaking as well as many useful presets. I suggest you at least check it out once.
