What is the best program to rip a CD to .mp3?

    I've been using Windows Media Player but I'm sick of that [bold]piece of crap[bold]. I'd like a program that auto fills in the album info if possible. Also, what is a good program that converts from Ogg, Shn, and all those cool lossless formats to .mp3 so that I can listen to them on my mp3 player? Any help would be much appreciated.

    Pentium 4 2.8Ghz HT
    512mb Ram
    Windows XP Sp2

    Yep use EAC for ripping CD's to MP3. Follow the link Lethal gave.
