what is the best way to mod a wii?

    There are many guides available. This is the one I generally use http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=171901

    If you have a newer wii then you'll likely have to install a USB loader as well as new wii's cannot read burned DVD's. Otherwise the USB loader step is optional.
