Well...i dont want to compress it as much....im using dvd shrinke 3.0 when i go in i see AC3 6-ch ENGLISH and DTS 6-ch ENGLISH whats the differecent? can i leave the DTS out and still have all the surround and digital sounds??
well ..ok i see what BOTH of them are..but do i need both..say my friend has like a 6.1 dolby sound system will the AC work fine with that?
get rid of the dts. Any player can play the ac3 (will be in dolby digital if you have it or stereo if you don't). You must have a dts decoder to play dts.
keithyb, You are going to need to rid yourself of one or more of them at sometime to get a movie down in size, keeping both adds a lot of extra unnecessary space. My opinion, keep the AC3 6 channel or the Dolby 5.1 and check the others for deletion - you won't need to compress the movie as much (less compression = better picture) "P"
