what is the fastest program?

    I know this has probably been asked a 1000 times, but I can't seem to find the answer I am looking for.I see a lot of suggestions on differant tpes of programs to use to do AVI to DVD but I would like to know what is the fastest program.I am currently using win avi 9.0 is there ant othere that will do it faster.I hate waiting an hour for a conversion.

    faster is not always better, it is like burning faster is not the best, also your system might not be up to converting faster, there are thing that you need to do to make your conversion faster like no multitasking no surfing the net turn off unnessery programs that might be running in the backround, stuff like that

    indeed, faster is not always better; plus i stopped using that WinAvi crap a long time ago (version 7) as it's output was always awful; ConvertXtoDVD and even the (free) DVD Flick give way better results (they're the only 2 programs i use now)
