    I just got a new home theator system, and would like to know which DVD movie had the best surround sound ever made? Which dvd movie has the most surround sound, highest digital format?

    the matrix reloaded, or revolutions would sound pretty decent... as i personally find the lord of the rings hard to watch...

    independance day ranks 1 of the most aggresive sound moments in any film
    and a few others to try
    contact 5.1dolby
    castaway dolby surround ex
    the haunting dts/es 6.1 surround
    and dont laugh ...the lion king 5.1/thx
    also try 1 of the superbit dvd's they have crisper and cleaner sound and picture but you dont get any extras
