sorry if this is the wrong section but does anyone know what to do with a file extension .iso when i click on it all it brings up is Cd Creator but nothing in the section were you hit record yet the file stil maneges to be 156Mb. Someone please help

so what i need to do is just make a data cd and drag the file with .iso into it, record it then what next?
