First you have incd installed and I would not. I dont think thats the problem here though. This looks strange. It may be one of the problems folks are having with the new version of nero 6. Try doing a clean uninstall and going back to nero 6.6.0.18 and give it another go. If the problem happens with 0.18 post again.
