It is usually the BURNING software that blocks the burning of copyrighted movies. If you have a DVD burner, keep looking. Good luck and Happy Computing!

We only offer help to those that own the movies they are trying to backup.

We will not help you with rent/burn discussion!

Guys Netflix also SELLS movies to members.

So if maxhill is referring to that - that's fine. If that's also they case I would imagine the condition they are in is not the best since the get passed around a bit.
If not will then thread will be closed.

    edit: typo

As i don't use Netflix i was unaware that they sold movies. My mistake...maybe. ;)

    EDIT:
My first thought as well. But being a bit rental outfit, it would make sense that they have a disc resurfacer to help clean some of those up.

    How ya been Binkie?

Yep they are pretty cheap - $4.99, $5.99 etc. Just like when Blockbuster sells their rentals.

But your right about the maybe - jury is out :)

Edit -@7thsinger - Hanging in their til I hit the lottery :)

I'm not much for reporting anything until I find out if it should be reported. Thus my simple non-accusatory question.

Yep as of 11/30 according to news article posted at aD.

I now wonder what they we do with all those copies that never get rented anymore - you know how new releases lose interest and therefore demand.
