I have a pentium 4 1.6gzh computer with 1 GB of RAM. I am now running the latest version of Nero downloaded and installed today. My DVD is a Sony 16x DVD burner. I am attempting to a (roughly) 2 gig DVD of picture slideshows with music, built in Nero Vision. it is estimating that it will take over 2 hours. How long should something like that take? The reason I ask is that I burned a copy of one of my child's DVD's from my Hard Drive using DVD Shrink in (I am guessing, cause i did not time is) like 20-30 minutes. Thanks in advance, Don
Hi Don Those times are about right w/ your specs. Nero is converting the files into a dvd compliant format. So takes a little bit. The movie done with Shrink is already in a dvd complaint format - all Shrink needs to do to remove the copy protection and shrink it to fit on a single layer disc.
