your answer to your question is no. i did some google searchs and come up with this. you have a socket 370 witch is older than me. you have sd ram and you have onboard graphics or an AGP graphics card. so you need a new components here is a list Motherboard: socket LGA775 (with a 1066mhz front side bus speed) processor: Intel Core 2 Quad (LGA775) ramDR2 power supply (minium i would recermend is 650watt) So there you go basicly you need to buliud a new computer as the one you have is old and i think the biggest size cpu you can put in it is a 1.1GHZ Celeron. man what i am saying just bin the hole system and bulid a new one.
Nope, that system is several generations behind current technology, it couldn't even run a recent P4, let alone a Core 2 Duo, or worse a Core 2 Quad. A complete system upgrade will be necessary to support even a dual core processor of any kind.
navskin, you must be about 7yrs old as that is how old lordrubie's board is. lordrubie, are you thinking of upgrading or just wanted to know what you have?
I was 8 was board was out that while a go now. i think you could bulid a core 2 quad pc for around £300 thease days. @ddp i just got into computers over the last 3 to 4 year so i could do with getting in a time machine and going back in time lol just for a while.
