What player for under $100 for top video quality? not concerned with ability to play lots of diff formats; just want a high quality PS player

    I need a progressive scan dvd player for my HDTV (RPTV that is HD ready - no HDMI connection) and my main concern is getting a quality player for under $100. I have no interest in the players ability to play all the different formats (DIVX, AVI, ect) just regular DVD's (I do want a player that can play JPEG images though).

    What player would you recommend?

    I recommend the SONY DVP-NS50P DVD player which now sells for an affordable $79.99 at both BEST BUY and COMPUSA. Plays DVD +R & -R with absolutely no trouble.
