Does anyone know if they make them so the top, where you print the cover, doesn't get scratched so easily?
The only printable discs that are scratch-resistant are thermal printable discs, not the kind that are water-absorbant for ink-jet printable discs. Those ink-jet printable discs with the smoothest finishes tend to resist scratches better than rougher, matte-finished discs. You might want to look at Taiyo Yuden WaterShield discs, which have a very smooth and shiny surface to them.
I ran into these last month when searching for cheapest price for taiyo yuden watershields: http://www.rima.com/Merchant2/merch...roduct_Code=1779-100&Category_Code=TAIYOYUDEN Scratch resistant, thermals! I'm not sure if inkjet printable scratch resistant exists yet. Edit: They're thermals.
