well you have options. For Windows and programs that cost money there is Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 For Windows and is free there are Windows movie maker. For more info on free progs, just type in free vieo editing software. for macs, i think they all have imovie on them. If you can i would recomend this, as mostly all macs has it and it is very high quality. Similar quality to those that you have to pay for.

I recommend WAX. You can find it at this link http://www.debugmode.com/wax/ It is a powerful program. Check to make sure your captured video files are in a compatible format. Windows Movie Maker is easier to use though. Just load your files and drag and drop.
